Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- - Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including online research, networking, and referrals.
- - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the target market.
- - Engage with decision-makers to introduce company products/services and generate interest.
2. Cold Calling:
- - Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, presenting the company’s products/services and identifying their needs.
- - Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings or calls to further qualify leads.
- - Maintain a high volume of calls per day to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- - Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.
- - Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- - Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
5. Sales Reporting:
- - Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.
- - Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales goals.
- - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- - Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- - Use market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance sales pitches.
- - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new developments in the industry.
7. Networking & Events:
- - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- - Leverage networking opportunities to establish connections and identify new business prospects.
- - Represent the company professionally at all external events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- - 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation.
- - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
