- - Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
- - Introduce products/services, provide relevant information, and address any questions or concerns.
- - Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and determine the best solutions
2. Lead Generation:
- - Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their potential interest.
- - Update and maintain an accurate database of customer information, ensuring all details are recorded in the CRM system.
- - Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Appointment Setting:
- - Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
- - Coordinate with the sales team to align schedules and ensure timely follow-up on appointments.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.
5. Sales Targets:
- - Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments set.
- - Monitor individual performance metrics and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
6. Reporting:
- - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telemarketing activities, lead generation, and results.
- - Provide insights and suggestions for improving telemarketing strategies and processes.
7. Continuous Learning:
- - Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred).
- - 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Persuasive, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- - Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- - Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection.
