Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, executing BTL (Below-the-Line) activations, generating leads, and developing corporate partnerships. This role also involves managing budgets, ensuring a strong ROI, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Promotion:
- - Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- - Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- - Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve brand equity.
2. BTL Activation & Event Planning:
- - Plan and execute BTL activation campaigns, including roadshows, in-store promotions, and other on-ground activities.
- - Coordinate and manage marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- - Liaise with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.
3. Lead Generation Campaigns:
- - Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers and drive sales.
- - Monitor campaign performance, track lead conversion rates, and optimize strategies to maximize results.
- - Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
4. Corporate Tie-ups & Business Development Activities:
- - Identify and pursue potential corporate partnerships to expand the company’s business network.
- - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
- - Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and negotiating partnership agreements.
5.. Budget Planning & ROI Management:
- - Assist in the development of marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- - Track and manage marketing expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- - Analyze the financial performance of marketing activities and provide insights for future planning.
6. Reporting & Coordination:
- - Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, BTL activations, and lead generation efforts.
- - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- - Maintain open communication with the marketing manager and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress and results.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand promotion, event planning, and lead generation.
- - Strong understanding of BTL activation strategies and event management.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
- - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
